Philanthropy Series: Managing Long Distance Donor Relationships with Achates
Wednesday 22 September, 4.30 - 5.30pm BST / 11.30am - 12.30pm EDT / 8.30 - 9.30am PDT
Since moving from in-person to digital events, Spektrix clients have seen an incredible increase of affinity and support from donors in different cities and even countries. As venues continue to welcome back audiences to in-person events, it's important we continue to engage with our long distance donors and further cultivate those new relationships.
With our partner Achates and panelists including representatives from Donmar Warehouse and Contemporary American Theater Festival, we'll spend the hour discussing how to manage and maintain long distance donor relationships.
Festivals Connect: Reflect and Prepare
Tuesday 5 October, 4 - 5pm BST / 11am - 12pm EDT / 8 - 9am PDT
We are looking forward to hosting our second virtual roundtable designed specifically for festivals and festival-like organisations that use Spektrix for ticketing, fundraising and marketing. We look forward to you joining us as we host a safe space to discuss the specific challenges and unique opportunities with your festival peers across the global Spektrix Community.
Reflect & Prepare:
Our guided roundtable session will focus on three main areas designed to reflect on your most recent season with an eye towards the future. We will kick off sharing how you overcame 2021-centric operational hurdles. Next we will dive into audience composition and behavior. And finally, we will concentrate on the lessons that we will carry forward for future seasons.
Following the main session, we'll continue in breakout groups for an additional 30 minutes to talk about the specific questions relating to users in the US and Canada, and in the UK and Ireland. If you're interested in joining these regional sessions, please let us know below.
Spektrix Presents: Are you ready to welcome back every audience member?
Thursday 14 October, 4 - 5pm BST / 11 - 12pm EDT / 8 - 9am PDT
Jacob Adams, Head of Campaigns, Attitude is Everything
With the rollercoaster of live events continuing its unpredictable trajectory worldwide, have you considered the specific needs of Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent audience members in your planning - whatever stage you are at?
Attitude is Everything, a UK organization that connects Deaf and disabled people with music and event industries to improve access together, has recently published the findings of an audience survey that reveals the diverse positions Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people now find themselves in when considering a return to live events. Using these data, they have put together a series of recommendations and guidance to help your organisation to be as welcoming to all audience members as possible.
Spektrix Spotlight Sessions are our regular bitesized events, packed with quick wins and top tips to help you do more with your Spektrix system. Each 30-minute session is designed around a core theme related to your work, and you’ll walk away with actionable ideas and practical tools to implement in your own organisation.
